In case your microscope needs some repair, just ship it back the unit back to us and we can repair it for FREE! We also have replacement parts for each microscope model we have, so no worries for you!

If by chance, your microscope was delivered damaged or defective, report to us immediately. We can send you replacements parts, or even replace the whole unit for free!

We also have a 10-day return policy. In case your microscope didn’t fit your needs, or you’re not satisfied with it, please contact us. Our sales representatives will be ready to listen to your every concern. With their help, they can provide a return authorization number for you to be eligible of the refund. If returned, we will refund the price of the microscope units less shipping cost (some companies charge restocking fees, but we don’t!).
